Overview
Bachelor Of Architecture (5 Yrs Full time Degree Course)
Over years, Architecture has developed itself from mere designing of buildings and spaces into more intense discipline, both theoretically and technologically, where thorough understanding of multi discipline is required. An Architect is required to understand the intricacies of creating an environment and nurture his skill of design towards creating an apt environment. There needs to be a holistic approach towards creation, which synthesizes various other aspects and issues of Architectural Building. A student passing from this course will be well equipped with the fundamentals of Architectural design.
A student passing this course shall be registered as an “Architect” with the “Council of Architecture” and shall practice as an Architect.
Eligibility for admission to architectural program
The following requirements must be met in order to be admitted to the architectural program:
"No candidate shall be admitted to the architecture course unless she/he has passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate (atleast 40% marks in aggregate, in case of the candidate from the Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability Category, belonging to the Maharashtra State only),

The candidate should have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate (atleast 40% marks in aggregate, in case of the candidate from the Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability Category, belonging to the Maharashtra State only),
The applicant must pass an aptitude test in architecture administered by the Council of Architecture's "NATA" or NTA (i.e., JEE Paper 2).

Overview
The M. Arch. Postgraduate course in Project Management of four semesters duration open to students with B.Arch. / G.D. Arch/ B.E. (Civil) recognized qualification. This course is designed to enhance the skills of architects, Engineers and others interested or involved in the Project Management.

Overview
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has launched a scheme on skills development based higher education as part of college/university education, leading to Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) Degree with multiple exits such as Diploma/Advanced Diploma under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF).
It is a full-time three year degree course recognized by University Grant Commission, New Delhi Government of Maharashtra and University of Mumbai with intake of 60 seat

SSC + Two years full time or three Years part time Gov. Diploma holder will have to take admission in the first year only.

The Department of Interior Design was established in the year 2018 and introduce B.Voc ID with intake of 40 students and currently we are running this course with 60 students. Our department offers the best and updated practical knowledge meet the challenges of the evaluation of design industry.
Department have experienced and dedicated faculty members with concrete professional experience. Our focus is not only on what is taught, but also in the way it is taught. We follow outcome-based Education in the teaching learning process.
As key contributors towards the future and development of our built environment, the learners of design have an enormous role to play in its evolution. Overview
With the vision of nurturing skilled professionals for the architecture and built environment sectors, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture (BVCOA) offers the Diploma in Architecture (D.Arch.), a three-year (six-semester), full-time programme that blends design education, technical expertise, and practical training under the approval of
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra,
Recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA), and
Affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE)
The programme is delivered in accordance with the COA Minimum Standards of Architectural Education (Diploma) Guidelines, 2022, for professional practice and higher education.
Eligibility for admission to architectural program
- The candidate must be an Indian National.
- The candidate must have passed the SSC (10th Standard) examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.
- The candidate must have secured at least 35% aggregate marks in the SSC (10th Standard) or equivalent qualifying examination.
- Admissions are conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.
- Candidates from states other than Maharashtra are eligible for admission under the Institute Quota only.
OPPORTUNITIES
Graduates can pursue careers as Architectural Assistants, Interior Design Assistants, Quantity Surveyor Assistant, Draftsmen, CAD/BIM Technicians, Site Supervisors, Construction Coordinators, and Architectural Model Maker in architectural firms, construction companies, government organizations, and real estate sectors.
The diploma also provides pathways for higher education, including entry into B.Arch. and other advanced programmes in architecture, planning and interior design.

Apply fundamental knowledge of architecture, construction technology, engineering sciences, mathematics, environmental sciences, and architectural practices to solve technical and design-related problems.
